- Are there any hidden fees?
- None. The price you see is what you pay, in Australian dollars (AUD). No lock-in contracts, no exit fees, and a full refund within your first 30 days. Full pricing is at /pricing.
- Who owns the website and the data?
- You do — 100%. On every plan, your site and data are always yours, and you can cancel or move away at any time.
- Is there a discount for annual billing?
- Yes — annual billing is 10 months' price (2 months free): Launch A$990/yr, Run A$2,490/yr, Grow A$5,990/yr. Scale and Enterprise are invoiced.
- Which plan includes the AI chatbot?
- From Run (A$249/mo) — a visitor chatbot in your site's own branding that handles up to 500 conversations a month, speaks your visitors' language, and hands over to a human when it isn't sure. From Grow (A$599/mo) it also captures leads and booking requests for you.
- How much does a website build cost?
- Starter sites from A$999, custom websites and web apps from A$3,000, mobile apps from A$8,000. Once built, we run and host it on a monthly plan from A$99. Talk to us via the Contact button in the top menu, or email hello@jiunstudio.com.
- How much is Enterprise?
- Enterprise is custom-quoted to your scope and scale. We start with a 30-minute conversation and follow up with a written proposal — use the Contact button in the top menu or email hello@jiunstudio.com.
- What have you built before?

- Do you work in both Korean and English?
- Yes — websites, consultations and deliverables, all available in both Korean and English.
- Can I start without a website?
- Absolutely. During onboarding we look at where you are and either build you a new site or migrate your existing one. New builds start at A$999, then run on a monthly plan.
- Can I change plans later?
- Anytime. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
- What's the difference between SEO and GEO?
- SEO optimises your site for search engines like Google. GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) makes AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini cite you in their answers. GEO is included from the Run plan.
- How does billing work?
- Launch, Run and Grow are paid by card on auto-renewal; Scale and Enterprise are invoiced. All prices are in Australian dollars — the amount shown is exactly what you're charged.
